Dumpster rental terms and Conditions

Kenny's Cans LLC is not responsible for property damage due to placement or pick up of our containers. Lawns, driveways and walkways can be damaged from the weight of the truck and/or the container. Kenny's Cans has the right to deny placement due to safety and/or damage concerns. 

Kenny's Cans will not deliver or drive across property that is not owned by you or public access. We must have permission by the property owner prior to us attempting to deliver or pick up containers. We are not liable for any property damaged in this process.

Once our containers are placed, DO NOT MOVE THE DUMPSTER. If the container has been moved, you (the renter) are liable for any damage to the container and/or property, and the clean up fees after. 

Once a container is delivered, it is your responsibility to monitor the contents of the debris. We accept no liability for the contents being disposed of. Please adhere to the following terms.

Mattresses, Box Spring, Couches and or any upholstered furniture: These items, IF FOUND IN CONSTRUCTION DUMPSTERS WITH OUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE, will be charged at $30/ea. 

NO REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, OR AIR CONDITIONERS. These items contain coolant and are NOT accepted by ANY dump. There is a $30 fee for each of these items.

The dumps we work with do NOT accept ANY of the following materials: Asbestos, Paint, Creosote Timbers, Gas, Propane, Batteries, Oils, Pesticides, Cleaners, Tires, ANYTHING Flammable or Explosive.

DO NOT OVERLOAD the dumpsters. Nothing can be above the rim of the dumpster or sticking out. Overloaded dumpsters will be left on site for you to offload and will be charged a wasted trip fee of $75.

If we have to level the dumpster off in order to haul safely, there is a $100 fee for our time.

Please do not use any machinery to compact the debris. You will be liable for any damages that may occur from use of machinery.

We offer 14 day rentals. Dumpsters do not need to stay on site for 14 days if you are finished sooner. Please call if you need a sooner pick up.

If container is needed longer than 14 days, call the office to extend your rental PRIOR to your 14th day. There is a $10/day fee beyond the 14 days.

Area leading up to and around the dumpster MUST be cleared of all debris, snow, ice, or vehicles that could hinder us from gaining access to the dumpster. There will be a $75 wasted trip fee if we unable to pick up due to the container being inaccessible.

All payments are made via credit card. All card information is kept on file until the completion of the rental agreement. 

Any overweight will be charged to the card on file. 

Overage is prorated. For example: 15 yd. allotted weight is 1.5 tons. Your debris weighed 1.80 You will be charged $36 (.30 x $120=$36)
